Bookings Policy

 

Welcome to our bookings policy page. We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients. Please read the following carefully before booking your lessons. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!

Bad Weather or Resort Closure

  • Complete Resort Closure: If the resort is entirely closed due to bad weather or other circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your lesson. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a refund.

  • Partial or Open Resort: If the resort is open (even partially), your lesson will proceed as planned.

Ski Insurance

  • Skiing and snowboarding are inherently risky activities. By booking a lesson, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.

  • Insurance is strongly recommended to cover potential injuries, losses, or accidents during lessons, as we cannot accept liability during a lesson if the client was not adhering to the rules or advice, direction or correct practice provided by the instructor.

  • Ensure your insurance covers all aspects of your skiing, including off-piste skiing if applicable to your lessons.

Safety

  • Our instructors carefully choose terrain suitable for your skill level. This may include on-piste or off-piste skiing, depending on conditions and the instructor’s judgment.

  • Off-Piste Skiing:

    • Some lessons or clinics may include off-piste sections. Please check that your insurance covers off-piste skiing.

    • For off-piste-specific sessions, avalanche safety equipment (e.g., beacon, shovel, probe) is mandatory.

    • If you don’t have safety equipment, we can recommend local hire shops.

    • Clients without appropriate safety equipment may be excluded from off-piste sessions for their safety.

Photos & videos

From time to time our instructors take pictures and videos during lessons, these images are to be used on our website and for promotional purposes. Should you wish not to have photos or videos taken of you or your child, please let us know prior to the start of your lesson.

Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

 

Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • If a deposit arrangement has been made, note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Cancellations by You

  • More than 28 days before the lesson: 70% of the lesson price refunded.

  • 11–27 days before the lesson: 50% of the lesson price refunded.

  • 10 days or fewer before the lesson: No refund issued.

Missed Lessons

  • We regret that we cannot issue refunds or reschedule lessons for no-shows or missed lessons.

  • If you are unable to attend, we can provide a letter for your insurance company upon request.

Issues with Your Lesson

  • If you are unsatisfied with your lesson or the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We value your feedback and will address your concerns promptly.

 

Additional Information

Lesson Timing

  • Please arrive on time. Delayed arrivals may result in a reduced lesson duration, as we cannot extend sessions to accommodate late starts.

Group Lessons

  • Group lessons require a minimum number of participants to run. If the minimum is not met, we will offer an alternative lesson or a refund.

Changes to Bookings

  • We reserve the right to adjust lesson times or instructors if necessary, but we will always notify you in advance where possible.
